I cannot say enough about the service provided to us by HearthSmart. Mike very quickly responded to an email that I sent requesting help. We had another local company clean and service our gas fireplace and they were not able to correct the problem. Mike and Dan were professional, neat and clean and efficient and solved our problem. I wish I had called them first!

Dan and Mike are two very polite guys, who do a very professional work. Fireplace works fine again and looks like brand new now. Highly recommended company.

Excellent service, kept work area very clean and well worth the price. Highly recommend to anyone with a gas fireplace. I wish all in home service companies operated in this manner.

Highly recommend! Dan and Mike know their stoves! My propane stove runs and looks better than when I bought it years ago. What a difference a day makes !!!

After struggling with a fireplace issue for over a year we took a chance and contacted HearthSmart, after reading the other recommendations listed on this site. To say that the response was extraordinary seems an understatement. Dan and Mike provided excellent research and recommendations. Today we are thrilled to have a new fireplace that looks fabulous and functions perfectly. There is no other fireplace specialist for us; HearthSmart excels in every way.

For the past few months, we have been desperately trying to get our propane fireplace functional again. After three different companies failed us, we thought we would be forced to buy new. My husband found HearthSmart and had a gut instinct to try them. Not only did they call us back within 24 hours to set up an appointment (which is unusual for us) but they were on time, extremely professional and very reasonable in their charges. We could not be more pleased with Mike and Dan. They knew immediately our fireplace could be fixed and did not waste one second in getting started. The level of cleaning was beyond impressive and my husband and I were left speechless by how effortless their visit was. Tell your friends, family and co-workers that HearthSmart is THE company to service your fireplace.

Rarely do you ever say that you underpaid for a service. I spoke with Dan and he listened to all of my concerns and found a variety of issues with my fireplace (incorrect installation, faulty installation, cleanup, etc.). The cost was extremely reasonable and after repairing logs, cleaning my glass, reinstalling a safety connection, paint, etc. I cannot say enough. Great Value! Great Service! I am incredibly satisfied and appreciative of the excellent work done! Thank you! I will be passing this information to everyone I know!

Highly recommended. I witnessed a complete and excellent service done to our gas fireplace. A more professional job couldn't be accomplished. The unit was broken down, checked out, every part cleaned, paint touched up where required, re-assembled, checked out again, and put into first class operation. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. A gas leak around the pilot was also repaired. These two gentlemen Mike and Dan know their business. They covered the floor work area with blankets after entering our home with outside shoes off and treated our home as if it was theirs. In our opinion no other company Gas company or otherwise can compare. We will definitely call upon HearthSmart for all our future gas fireplace needs.
